Brand & Web Supervisor

We’re looking for a motivated and visionary Creative Supervisor to lead EVOLV’s creative direction and ensure our brand is consistently represented across all platforms. This role requires both hands-on design skills and leadership ability, with the potential to grow into Manager position.

RESPONSABILITIES
- Design marketing and branding materials using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Oversee creative projects across digital, print, trade shows, and branded experiences.
- Manage and coordinate the work of designers, web designers, web developers, and external creative partners.
- Develop and maintain EVOLV’s brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver impactful campaigns, packaging, and promotional materials.
- Provide creative direction for trade show booths, marketing collateral, and advertising campaigns.
- Ensure all creative work supports EVOLV’s business goals and resonates with target audiences in multiple markets (U.S., Canada, South America, Europe).
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and quality standards for all creative deliverables.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Proven ability to manage multiple creative projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience leading or supervising creative teams.
- Knowledge of design for both digital and print production.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present creative concepts to leadership.
- Organizational skills with the ability to juggle priorities in a dynamic environment.
- A creative thinker who can also be strategic, with ambition to grow into a Marketing Manager role.
