We are seeking highly motivated Field Sales Representatives who love being on the road—meeting customers in person, closing business, and representing our products across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. If you thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and enjoy face-to-face selling, we want you on our team.
Your Focus Will Be:
Visiting accounts within the assigned territory and meeting weekly on-site visit targets.
Demonstrating products in person and closing sales during visits.
Developing relationships with new shops and installers across the territory.
Providing excellent in-person service and support to existing accounts.
Consistently following up after visits by phone/email to move deals forward.
Handling objections and educating prospects on product benefits.
Proposing and selling the right mix of products for each customer.
Prospecting and opening new accounts to grow territory revenue.
Responsibilities:
Achieve or exceed territory sales goals.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Display excellent in-person selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
Manage a fast route schedule and perform under pressure.
Spend the majority of your workday in the field visiting customers and prospects.
Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from visits and events.
Keep accurate CRM records and submit required reports on time.
Continuously analyze territory opportunities and competitive activity.
Experience & Requirements:
Professional, upbeat in-person and phone presence.
Energetic closer with superb communication skills.
3+ years closing sales (preferred).
3+ years following up by phone/email (preferred).
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current insurance (daily travel required).
Language Skills:
English: Required
