APPLICATION GUIDE
Please apply HERO Ceramic Coating in a shaded area and wear gloves during the application process for safety and optimal results.
1. Allow Film to Set
Ensure the vinyl wrap or PPF has fully set before coating. All edges and seams must be secure.
2. Wash the Vehicle
Clean the wrapped or PPF-covered vehicle using a pH-neutral soap. Rinse thoroughly to remove dust and surface contaminants.
3. Final Surface Prep
Wipe all coated surfaces with a wrap-safe panel prep or IPA solution to remove oils and residues. Do not use aggressive solvents.
4. Dry Completely
Make sure the film is 100% dry, including edges, seams, and recessed areas.
5. Shake & Load Applicator
Shake the HERO Ceramic Coating well. Apply a few drops onto a microfiber or suede applicator.
6. Apply Panel by Panel
Apply evenly in small sections using light, overlapping passes. Avoid excessive pressure and do not over-saturate the film.
7. Flash & Buff
Allow the coating to flash briefly until slightly tacky or rainbow-like. Gently buff with a clean EVOLV 2WAY microfiber towel to remove excess and level the coating.
8. Cure
Avoid water, washing, or chemical exposure for 24 hours. Full curing occurs within 24–48 hours.

1 WASH
Use the PROWASH periodically to wash your vehicle, this is an important step to keep the wrap and ceramic coating lasting longer. No petroleum solvents and 100% biodegradable.
2 PROTECT
It is very important that after every wash you use the DEFENDER to improve the result of the coating. It continues curing and hardening the next 24 hours.
3 MAINTAIN
Clean the car with PRISTINE. It contains anti-statics that will keep dust off your vehicle surfaces longer and make it easier to remove.
