– Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. – There is a 15% re-stocking charge on all return orders. There are absolutely no replacements, exchanges or refunds issued after product is installed. – To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. – A few types of goods are exempt from being canceled, returned, exchanged or refunded: Vinyl under 10 yards, Printed films, On-Demand products, Downloadable software products, Gift cards. – Please note that products ordered at different times may have different lot numbers, therefore we cannot guarantee a color or pattern match. – To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. – There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Products with obvious signs of use; Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
