GENERAL INFORMATION
Warranty / Responsibility
APA materials are guaranteed free from manufacturing defects.
In case of defect, APA replaces the materials used but does not cover extra costs (labour, reprinting, removal, reapplication, etc.).
APA is not liable for replacement of non-APA products.
Only substitution of goods is guaranteed.
Colour consistency is controlled, but batch variation exists. Always use material from the same batch.
No agent/distributor can provide data different from this datasheet.
APPLICATION
For professional use only. Installers must be trained.
Before applying, check compatibility with surface:
Verify paint adhesion.
Ensure surface is clean (no oil, wax, dust, dirt, gas-emitting surfaces, flexible substrates).
Recommended temperature: 15° C – 28° C.
Application method: Dry only (no water).
Not compatible with: non-flat surfaces (slight curves allowed), banners, textiles, truck curtains, gasoline-exposed surfaces.
CLEANING
Excellent resistance to abrasion, wear, stains, and mould.
Clean with water, soft cloth, and non-aggressive detergents.
Avoid rough sponges, abrasive creams, or strong solvents.
Some films may leave light pigment on cloth when rubbed – this is normal.
Detergent resistance: Resistant to common household cleaning products (test first).
Food resistance: Resistant to acids (lemon juice, vinegar, coffee), non-acids (brine), fats (oil). Avoid prolonged food contact.
MAINTENANCE
Avoid rubbing against sharp objects.
Protect from prolonged sun exposure to prevent premature aging.
Regular cleaning recommended.
If deterioration occurs (fading, brittleness, colour change), remove immediately.
REMOVAL
Due to high tack adhesive, removal may peel off varnish/primer and leave glue residues.
Use heat gun during removal.
Removal difficulty depends on time, exposure, surface type, and temperature.
APA not liable for damages during removal.
