OutBound Customer Service

We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Outbound Customer Service Representative to help strengthen and grow our customer relationships through consistent communication, follow-up, and support.
This is a high-volume relationship-building role focused on understanding customer needs, improving their experience with EVOLV, and helping accounts grow over time. This is not a traditional sales role — while sales may happen naturally, the main objective is building trust, identifying opportunities, and creating long-term relationships.
You’ll play a key role in helping customers stay connected with our brand, our products, and everything happening at EVOLV.
RESPONSABILITIES
- Customer Relationship Development
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through consistent outbound communication.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, projects, samples, and overall experience.
- Understand customer needs, challenges, and future opportunities.
- Help move customers from occasional buyers into long-term active accounts.
- CRM & Follow-Up Management
- Organize and manage all activities inside Odoo CRM.
- Schedule and complete follow-up tasks using calendar and “To Do” activities.
- Keep customer information updated and organized.
- Document customer feedback, opportunities, and important account notes.
- Customer Support & Experience
- Assist customers by finding answers and coordinating internally when needed.
- Communicate company updates, new products, promotions, and opportunities in a natural and relationship-focused way.
- Identify customer concerns and escalate important information to management.
- Support customers throughout their experience with EVOLV.
- Daily Outreach & Communication
- Handle high daily call volume with consistency and professionalism.
- Contact new account registrations and new leads from marketing campaigns.
- Reconnect with inactive or low-engagement customers.
- Create meaningful conversations that lead to stronger long-term relationships.

- Comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day
- Positive and customer-first mindset
- Ability to listen actively and understand customer needs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus
