Customer Success Specialist (On-The-Field)
--On The Road--
We’re looking for a highly motivated and energetic Field Sales Representative to represent EVOLV across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. This role is perfect for someone who loves being on the road, meeting people face-to-face, and building strong relationships with shops, installers, and industry professionals.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy closing deals in person, and want to be part of an innovative and rapidly growing company, this is the job for you.
RESPONSABILITIES
- Visit accounts throughout your assigned territory and meet weekly in-person visit targets.
- Demonstrate EVOLV products directly to customers and close sales during visits.
- Build and strengthen relationships with new shops, installers, and prospects.
- Provide excellent on-site service and support to existing customers.
- Follow up consistently after visits via phone, email, or WhatsApp to move deals forward.
- Educate prospects on product benefits and confidently handle objections.
- Recommend and sell the right product mix based on each shop’s needs.
- Prospect and onboard new accounts to expand EVOLV’s presence in the region.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING
- A natural people-person who enjoys face-to-face selling and relationship building.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong organization and follow-up habits, both in person and remotely.
- Ability to manage a fast, dynamic route schedule and perform under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and willingness to keep accurate records.
- A competitive, achievement-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Passion for the automotive industry, customizations, or car culture (a strong plus).
